I haven't seen much posted on the RECEIVING of payouts from gambling establishments, yet those are the only squirmy moments I have had with my bank.
My final neteller check was held to the light and mulled over for ages before they finally accepted it, though they told me it would be a few weeks until it cleared and I know now I should have simply deposited it rather than attempt to cash it.
But anyway.. what gives in that department? The text of the law I see quoted in all of these threads specifies only "the funding of offshore gambling accounts".
