Guy is absolutely tapped
Wants to eliminated the FBI/CIA/IRS and pretty much all federal agencies, remove all troops from foreign countries and instead establish a secure perimeter around the US, he wants to get rid of the income tax and social security program, he wants to legalize narcotics and downsize the police force, and this is all in his first 4 years! |
Ron Paul is a great American. A Politician who actually understands that the intention of our founding fathers was a very limited government, and since our founders knew that it is governments natural tendency to grow more powerful and therefore become intrusive and eventually tyrannical, they created checks and balances so that no one could ever have too much power, and one of the ways they did this was by protecting the citizenry with the Constitution and the Judicial branch. Ron Paul understands this and looks to protect liberty. The mere fact that you find eliminating the FBI,IRS,and removing foreign troops "wacko" is alarming, since it has been less then 100 years since some of these agencies even existed.
FBI- this agency is less then 100 years old. It was a very small and quite insignificant agency who grew during the administration of traitor Woodrow Wilson. Wilson used them to "spy" and get information on anti-war anarchists in WWI. ( Wilson vowed to keep us out of war, sound familiar?). Even then, the Bureau agents were not even allowed to carry firearms. It was not until the John Dillenger case that newly appointed J. Edgar Hoover recieved new and broad powers that were granted to him by the biggest scoundrel who ever was a U.S. President, Franklin Roosevelt. This included them, for the first time, being allowed to carry and use firearms. In 1933, Roosevelt granted unprecedented powers to the FBI which practically gave them unlimited jurisdiction. Since Roosevelt federalized ( illegally mind you) just about everything, the FBI and Hoover now had jurisdiction to do just about anything they wanted, including survelliance . This grew into what they are today, a HUGE agency that is a national disgrace. This agency was never supposed to become this and Ron Paul wants to eliminate them because he understands that the Founders of this great nation tried to prevent such a thing from occuring.
IRS- This was created in 1862 in the Lincoln administration. A very small agency in the Treasury Dept., the IRS had very little power and did just minimal collecting. There was no income tax at this time, and the first time an income tax was attempted, it was ruled Unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. This 1895 ruling almost ended the IRS. It was in 1913, when american traitor Woodrow Wilson fraudulently passed the 16th ammendment to the constitution that authorized federal income tax. Interesting to note than in this same year, the Federal Reserve Act was passed, giving control of our money to foreign bankers and no longer holding money to the gold standard. Ron Paul also correctly wants to return us to the Gold Standard, which would finally take the power away from the foreign bankers such as the Rotschilds, who were Wilsons masters. Even with their new power, it was not until Franklin Roosevelt that the IRS became the gestapo type rouge police force that they are. The IRS is an agency that until some recent corraling ( brought upon by courageaous Rep. James Trafficant) had to answer to no one, you were guilty until proven innocent, and even then you were'nt always off the hook.
God bless any politician who wants to eliminate the IRS, as they are what our founding fathers feared, a tyrannical authorized group of thugs that can steal your earnings, freeze your bank accounts, seize your house, your car, and everything you own, and they can do it just about anytime they feel like it, and they are given practically the freedom to do it unchecked. Thankfully, there have been some restrictions put in place to put a very small collar on this big rabid dog.
As far as removing troops from foreign soil, that seems the right thing to do. In fact, our founders were very explicit that America must stay out of foreign conflicts between other nations. We started our foreign occupations by having troops in the Phillipines and Cuba after defeating Spain in the Spanish American War. And since 1900, we have gone from having a handfull of troops in a few nations, to having hundreds of thousand, stationed in half the countries of the world.
You forgot that Paul wants to dissolve the United Nations. Another disgraceful attempt at one world government, first attempted by traitor Wilson who failed with his League of Nations, and then implemented by traitor Roosevelt when the UN became official in 1945. The UN is a disgrace, and should be dissolved too.
But one major thing you forget, is that Ron Paul is a strict follower of the Constitution, and the Constitution does not give the Executive branch the power to legislate, therefore, someone in congress must offer bills, that first must pass both houses of congress, before he could actually sign anything into law.
