Wants to eliminated the FBI/CIA/IRS and pretty much all federal agencies, remove all troops from foreign countries and instead establish a secure perimeter around the US, he wants to get rid of the income tax and social security program, he wants to legalize narcotics and downsize the police force, and this is all in his first 4 years!
