I've tried to call in bets from Niagara Falls, NY and Buffalo when we did some cross border shopping and couldn't connect. I wasn't surprised to hear the comments. That said, I do have 2 friends who live in Queens and Manhattan who said they can usually connect on the computer without concern but never on a land line. |
