Hartley -- believe me there is a food chain for locals. If a bookie gets an extra large bet, he likely lays off some or all of it to a bigger guy and/or offshore and may add some for himself if he is convinced it comes from a good source. Locals are not looking to get killed by a sharp player. The mystery here is that nobody is claiming large losses.
