I clearly stated in more than a few threads last year that none will ever be written. Only 10 million was set aside for the regs in the first place. There was no appointment of people to write them and certainly not near enough money to train the, if I remember correctly ,the 800 + finacial institutions on how to enforce them.
If not for a bunch of sheepish and gutless payment proccessors and the like, you would never know a law was passed. |
