Thanks for the article. Kyl just uses these types of excuses to ram his bought and paid for agenda down the public's throat. Keeping kids from gambling on the internet sounds good to the average ignorant slob. I am quite certain that it was and is extremely rare. It certainly is not prevalent enough to pass laws to prevent it.
