The offshore gaming industry has not established nor has any intentions of establishing the enforceable ethical gaming standards required for business legitimacy.

Some examples:

• There are no verifiable/enforceable financial standards placed upon gaming entities which protects consumer’s funds from an entity’s insolvency.
• There are is no enforcement means that bind gaming entities to the agreements they enter into with consumers.
• There are no established means of enforcing advertised wagering-limits.
• There are no enforceable means of protecting consumer’s personal information shared with gaming entities from being misused, abused or utilized in the commission of crimes.
• There are no enforceable means to prevent consumer discrimination.
• There are no requirements for gaming entities to publicly divulge their ownership.

Until the offshore gaming industry admits that their current practices are unethical and corrects them, there is no hope in obtaining the recognition of business legitimacy it obviously doesn’t deserve or desire.
