I know Clevfan and possibly others posted articles related to the arrests in November of what was called a New York gambling ring. It was a group that was using the internet to expedite their process, even though they were located in New York. It would be an example of how organized crime (no mentiones though that the Giordano family here was part of organized crime) could use offshore places to make things easier for themselves.
