I think Lost viewers are being "punked" by the writers. The show had a great hook in the first half-season or so that left everyone clamoring for answers and explanations. I think there were no answers to most of the central mysteries of the show and the "answers" they reveal sporadicly now were written after the fact to mildly appease viewers. It's easier to write intriguing story lines and fantastic mysteries if you never have to provide plausible outcomes and explanations. |
