Was able to get through - finally. The non-VIP phone numbers are useless at the moment.
The person I talked to - Margaret - was almost useless as well. She did give me a new secure ID, however she said there is nothing she can do about the money I lost, I have to e-mail
investigations@neteller.com. It seems someone should have taken the situation with a little sense of urgency.
So I will just forward the same e-mails to that e-mail address and see what happens.
