It's been 20 minutes since I e-mailed
vip@neteller.com and still nothing. The money in the Mansion account must be long gone.
I am surprised Mansion refused to investigate this quickly when I called them and sent them a screen shot of my Neteller account while we were on the phone. The guy had probably not had time to "lose" the money to a pal in a poker game.
