I just got off the phone with NT VIP customer service.
They essentially told me to "wait and see what happens" with regards to the EFT and paper checks I've requested the past couple days. Said if my bank won't accept them they'll return my $$$ to my NT account.
I pressed them about getting a check to cash in Canada and they said you must have a Canadian bank account.
If your bank refuses the EFT and checks, it seems as of right now the only option is getting a NT debit card and start pulling it out $1K at a time.
