Default Now I remember why I stopped playing offshore

Customer service reeks!

I recently posted here and requested advice on offshore's, since I had been away for quite awhile.

I ended up just posted up a small amount with Pinnacle. Yesterday, I was playing the ponies. Small exbx'x and tribx's at Suffolk.

When trying to make my bets in the 6th (after previously making my bets in the 5th [which were accepted and the the password re-entered]), the java interface started to act funny. I was not able to make the bets for the 6th. I logged out and then back in to no avail. I subsequently used my local phonebet account for the rest of the suffolk card. When i logged back in to Pinnacle I noticed bets pending in the 4th, but no pending bets in the 5th ($50 exacta win). Of course, I could not find any trace of the bets. So, I sent an E-mail to customer service. I then placed a bet on the red sox. Later i went to log in and bet the night game. I receive a message that wagering has been suspended. Not my account specifically, but wagering has been suspended. I thought they might be having a problem, so I played with my local.

This morning I call customer service. They tell me that I need to send an e-mail because their customer service does not talk directly to the customers. I think to myself you have to be f*cking kidding me! After I tell her that I did E-mail them yesterday, she asks for my information. She comes back and says my account was suspended because they responded to my e-mail and it bounced back saying my mailbox was full. Of course, if true how in the hell could I ever find this out simply via e-mails with them? She suggested that I send another. I went and cleared my Inbox and removed everything from the server. I had some e-mails between yesterday and this morning, so I don't think my mailbox was full, but I did that anyway. I sent an e-mail to myself which was received. I had a co-worker send me an e-mail which I received.

I sent another e-mail before noon est. At 1 o'clock I check and no answere and my account is still suspended. So I call again. She says that there was an auto-response sent to my e-mail and that it went through. Well, I still haven't received it. I have some pretty severe junk mail detection running, so maybe thats it (but i did receive an e-mail from them when I joined).

So here I am. Unable to re-instate my account because I am not receiving E-mails (apparently only from Pinnacle). Customer service only responds to e-mails and whoever I am speaking with on the phone insists its my problem.

How nice.
