I think what there proposing with the drug testing is a good idea........if they can do it without too much red tape .....have heard some say that they might not have anyone show up to these races.............. wonder who would actually be paying for these tests ...and if they can actually pull it off ....we know how hard it is to get decent help......
as far as the prospect of these blueblood connections .(.in some cases) ...... cheating as much or more as the so called claiming juice trainers....I won't touch that ..........cus I have never called anyone a juice trainer .......but if I felt the need to start..... ......and.... or ... you put a gun to my head and said I had to identify a "juice" trainer ....... think I'd have to go with Frankel...........................so what do I know
