So far (1 day..lol) Weight Watchers is pretty easy. They use a point system for calculating what you eat. I received a booklet with many common foods listed and how many points they "cost". For items not on the list we have a sliding calculator deal... line up the dietary fiber vs calories and the amount of points shows up in another little box. Pretty nifty.
There is a very good recipe for a vegetable soup that is "free", meaning, no points squandered. I ate so much of it yesterday (all of it - lol) that I was afraid I'd founder, but I survived.
Coffee is no longer a milky, sugary treat.. more like morning medicine, but no big deal.
Ahead and Easton, it sounds as though you both took the sensible approach by committing to a change of lifestyle.. that's awesome! I hope I can do the same. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
