It is very easy to lose weight.

Count the calories-and work that body.

I have forgotten the exact number-but for anyone to lose any weight you have to be below your weight*20(about) per day in calorie "input".
Look at WHAT you are eating-and how much of it.Do the maths and make sure you stay BELOW the critical amount of calories each day-and youŽll lose weight.

The more you excercise-the more you can eat.Best thing is to skip breakfast,just drink coffee,and take a long walk.That will burn fat,no doubt.(a round of golf is the best way to acchieve all this IMO)

Be aware of the "qiuck" stuff like potatoes and BREAD.Skip candy,chips and butter all together.

It worked for me-it will work for anyone.I lost 20 kilos during an eight month stretch.(donŽt know what that will amount to in lbs,but almost 40 I guess).

It takes some willpower at first,but then youŽll get the hang of it-and it wonŽt be a struggle no more.
